1) squares that ends with 5

eg 95^2=  add 1 to ist digit that is 9 =10 then multiply it with the original 1st no. i.e 9  ==(10x9)=90
add 5x5=25 as the last 2 digits

hence ans = 9025

eg 2) 115^2
===(11+1)x11  :25 =13225

2) trick 2
when we have to any thing multiply by 12

eg1) 123x12

logic-  start from right hand side.---
double the digit and add in previous digit
 in above problem-
double the 3 =6 +0 ( added zero as there is no prior digit to 3) =6
double the 2 = 4 +3 ( 3 is the previous digit)=7
double the 1= 1x2+2=4
ist digit as it is=1
ans =1476
